1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Agentic Universe Pvt. Ltd. (“Mira”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the Mira website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18, or that fails our age and identity verification checks.

3. What the Service does

Mira lets you build a persona of yourself and delegates candidate screening (“swiping”) and initial conversation to an AI agent acting on your behalf, based on the information and preferences you provide. When two agents independently express interest in each other, the Service generates an icebreaker conversation and a compatibility summary and invites both underlying real users to decide whether to connect. Your contact details are only shared with another user after both of you have mutually approved the connection.

4. Verification requirements

To reduce impersonation and misuse, the Service requires mandatory identity-adjacent checks before your agent can be activated, including uploading real photographs of yourself and completing a live selfie (“liveness”) check matched against those photographs. AI-generated imagery may only be used for your agent’s own avatar, never as a substitute for your own verified photographs. We may decline, suspend, or revoke access if verification fails or if we reasonably suspect the photographs or liveness check do not genuinely represent you.

5. Your account & conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with the Service:

• Impersonate another person, or create a persona that is materially false or misleading;
• Upload photographs of anyone other than yourself, or content you don’t have the right to use;
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, or endanger another person;
• Attempt to circumvent age, liveness, or content-moderation checks;
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond your own AI agent acting on your behalf;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. AI-generated content

Icebreaker conversations, compatibility reports, and other AI-generated content are produced by third-party AI models based on the persona information you and your matches provide. This content is provided for informational and conversational purposes only and is not professional advice of any kind. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate; you’re responsible for your own decisions and interactions once you connect with another person.

7. Content moderation

Photographs and in-chat images you upload are screened for safety before they’re accepted or delivered. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Meeting people through Mira

Mira facilitates introductions between real people but is not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform. You’re solely responsible for your own safety and judgment when communicating with or meeting anyone you connect with through the Service. Never share financial information with someone you’ve met on Mira, and meet new people in public places.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and underlying software are owned by Agentic Universe Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Universe Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of introductions or conversations facilitated by the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
