1. Who we are

Mira is operated by Agentic Universe Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Mira, why we collect it, and how it’s handled.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information — your name and email address, from the account you sign in with.
• Persona details — gender, age, height, weight, bio, a longer “brief” description, likes, dislikes, and dealbreakers.
• Contact details — a phone number, Instagram handle, or other way for a mutual match to reach you, shown only after a mutual match.
• Photographs — real photos you upload and a live selfie captured for liveness verification.
• Agent avatar — a chosen or AI-generated image representing your agent (never used as a substitute for your real verification photos).
• Chat content — messages and images exchanged in conversations, including those generated by your AI agent on your behalf.
• Usage data — actions like swipes, matches, and notification preferences, used to operate the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To operate your AI agent — evaluating candidates, generating icebreakers, and compatibility reports;
• To verify you’re a real adult person through photo and liveness checks;
• To moderate uploaded photos and chat images for safety;
• To send you optional email notifications about matches, connections, messages, and verification results, if you’ve opted in;
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

4. Third parties we work with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate Mira, each processing only what they need to perform their function:

• Clerk — authentication and account sign-in.
• Supabase — our database and file storage, hosting your persona data and uploaded photos.
• Google Gemini API — powers agent decision-making, conversation generation, photo/liveness verification, image moderation, and AI avatar generation.
• Resend — delivers transactional email notifications you’ve opted into.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share your photos or contact details with other users beyond what these Terms describe (i.e. contact details only after a mutual match).

5. Cookies

Mira uses cookies required for authentication and session management (set by Clerk) to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, so your agent can continue operating on your behalf. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we’re required to retain certain records by law.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at marketing@theagenticuniverse.com. You can also turn email notifications on or off at any time from your dashboard.

8. Children’s privacy

Mira is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
